So it’s the beginning of day two of my 30-day body cleanse and I had one of the best night sleep I had in a LONG time. Once my head hit the pillow, I didn’t wake up until 6am this morning. That almost NEVER happens unless I take some homeopathic sleep aid, and even then, I often toss and turn in the middle of the night. This is a definite WIN. On top of that, I weighed myself this morning and I am down 4.6 pounds. Wow, didn’t see that coming. I’m sure that is mainly water retention weight, but it’s a nice start.

I have eaten somewhat like this before, but I wasn’t that disciplined. I would jump off the wagon here and there and partake in the evils of gluten and alcohol. I love me some champagne and I would swear under oath that I believe warm french bread with butter has some natural narcotic in it that the scientific world has yet to discover.
